I had a rough Saturday night with asthmatic bronchial coughing. I knew I required medical attention that couldn’t wait till Monday. I made an 8:20 appointment online. I got there at 8:00, filled out simple paperwork, and saw the care provider within a few minutes. They took a chest X-ray, gave me a shot, antibiotics, and I was out the door with what I needed to feel better. We went in for unusual sensitivity blood tests known as ALCAT. Stephanie made sure she thoroughly understood the procedure read all the directions packed up the vials and got us ready to head to FedEx. Thank you Stephanie and Total Access.
Excellent service and care! The entire staff was helpful and friendly! I was taken back for treatment within minutes of arrival. They took X-rays, fitted me with a boot for my broken ankle, and showed me how to properly use my crutches all within less than an hour. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care!
Since we moved to Lake St. Louis in August, we have visited this Total Access a few times. Every visit has been a great one! Whether we are talking to the receptionist, nurse, paramedic, physician assistant, or doctor, they all have been been kind and helpful. They talk to my kids and make them fee more comfortable. We will definitely return to this location. Thank you!!!
We had to rush in at 7:30 right before they were suppose to close, and everyone was kind, ready to help, and professional. My 8 year old broke his wrist and he had the best care we could ask for. All the staff were gentle, patient, and very quick in getting him the help he needed. Will definitely return if another emergency occurs and refer others to this location. Very pleased!
