They were very helpful. Got me in a room immediately and listened to my problems and concerns. Great place to go to.
My visit at total Access urgent care should could not have been better. They were kind compassionate and I received great service. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and I will definitely be returning in the future. The receptionist was welcoming, the facility was clean, and it was so much better than visiting the emergency room.
The whole staff was awesome and very caring.
In and out faster then the ER
The service was quick and people helpful. I was in and out in less than and hour.
This was my first time to TAUC. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and professional. I was taken care of promptly. I would return and recommend them to others.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was taken back immediately they were very attentive, did X-rays, nebs in the office and a steroid shot to help me start feeling better right away. I felt very involved in my care and felt apart of the treatment plan options which is very important to me. I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I will definitely return in the future. I definitely give them 5 stars
