This is the best Urgent Care Ever. Very quick and they’re so great with my children! They read their charts before coming in to assess so that already have a full history before doing their assessment. Everyone is so kind and caring. Very efficient urgent care center!!!
For us, the location is perfect & they are open from 8 am- 8 pm, later then some others. My husband went online to try to reserve a time, but they weren't taking online reservations, maybe because we were going an hour before closing. But the site said there was no wait. We were taken for intake when we walked in the door & we were out an hour later. The staff was attentive & considerate.
Thank you TAUC Ofallon MO. Your location was extremely efficient and so kind to our son this morning. I really appreciate that we were seen immediately and not required to fill out a novel before being able to get him seen. He was pretty upset and all of the employees were so good with him and very patient and got us in and out quickly so he could get to feeling better!
The wait was not long. Very attentive staff and was out within an hour.
I took my daughter in for a Strep throat test. We were in and out in half an hour with her antibiotic in hand. It was excellent. Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean.
My daughter had to get stitches and they were so nice and patient with her. The staff at every step from registering to leaving were helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Total Access Urgent Care to anyone.
I was in and out in less than an hour. Even with xrays it was very efficient., Everyone was very nice. Recommend it highly. If the need ever arises again that is where I will go.
