Efficient and professional very caring

Thank you so much for diagnosed my son with pneumonia. I knew something was else was wrong with my kiddo. Dr. Joe was listening to my son's lungs. Heard a crackling sound immediately put my son on breathing machine, prednisone and a medicine syrup made for pneumonia. Set up for my kiddo with an IV. Then told me (mom) he diagnosed a fourth person with this horrific illness of pneumonia. I would like to add how everyone who was attending Joe was super nice. Answered all of Joe's questions. We love Total Access! The staff is always friendly; the doctors/nurses are knowledgeable and thorough; and we are in and out in no time.
Heide addressed all my issues and listened to me. Am feeling so much better. Highly recommend this place located in OFallon.
