RecommendedThey were very well organized. Every person I dealt with was very caring and curteous. Covid precautions are excellent. Dr. Jackson Pugh was very thorough, reassuring, and available to answer all my q uestions. I will be keeping his name for possible future need for a Dr. (If he would move to St. Charles; he'd be a very tempting new dr. for me) 😀

Everyone at the facility on Highway K, O’Fallon Missouri, were very kind, Efficient,and accommodating to get me in and take care of my needs! Sarah, at the front desk, was very helpful and the people in the back rooms that took my vitals and gave me my Covid test were kind, gentle, and very Quick to get me in quickly and back out! I would recommend this facility to anyone needing care!

Very happy the three times I needed Total Access Urgent Care.... Quick In / Out, Very Friendly staff!! , fixed problem and gave me referrals if I Needed them for follow up. The emergency Room (BJC) near me I would rate almost as high A.... But Total Access is even better ! A+ Major Problem, see Emergency room
