RecommendedMy husband broke his jaw at work yesterday. We went to Total Access off of K in O’Fallon. The NP we saw was wonderful. It was refreshing to see someone do a thorough physical (and neurologic) exam!! It’s a dying art, but so important to good patient care! She got him evaluated and into CT asap, and went above and beyond to contact my husband’s boss and workman’s comp to get approval to send us to a surgeon, and not only provided referrals, but called and set up our appointment for us. Terrible experience!!! They take your money before they even hand you paperwork to fill out. Was there for an hour and 15 minutes. They could not work the EKG machine and have you worried that you are the problem. Two different people stuck and dug into my veins three times and could not get the IV started. They were completely incompetent. I got up and walked out and left there 10 times worse than when I got there. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there!!!
It was a great experience. Silly accident sent me looking for help. They quickly fixed me right up,Very kind and knowledgeable caregivers. Would definitely use them again.
Fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.
They are fast, the staff is awesome. Really like the tvs in the rooms as it helps keep your sick kiddo focused on something else.
