They took me right away and I was very happy with their service! I would go there again if needed!
I was visiting family and went in with a cough. I was diagnosed with the beginning of pneumonia. I went back 2 days later for another breathing treatment and the pneumonia was worse. Instead of immediately hospitalizing me that gave me IV antibiotics and new meds. I appreciated them working with me so I didn't have to be admitted. Very caring staff and prompt service.
I received quick, friendly care by very knowledgeable, competent medical providers here, I did not realize how sick I was. They were very efficient and timely. They sent me on to the ER after receiving my chest CT results. I will not hesitate to go here in the future
This place is wonderful. I took my 2 year old in with an injured ankle and we were placed in a room immediately. He was triaged and seen by the doctor very quickly too. My concerns were addressed and everyone was so great. The splint on my son's leg was done quickly and with no tears. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
When you do not feel good the last thing you want is to walk into a crowded urgent care waiting room staffed with grabby employees. How refreshing it was to be greeted with kindness and compassion. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out the staff was amazing! I highly recommend this facility if you are seeking immediate help outside your primary doctor. Thank you to all!
I have been to the North O’Fallon location 3 times now (twice for myself and once for my 4 year old). Each experience was beyond amazing. Every person that helped and treated us was caring, knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend to everyone I know.
I went to total access urgent care today and I was so pleased with the whole experience. I was taken in right away and my X-rays were taken and read and I was told what was wrong. I was given pain predication for my injury and told to follow up with my doctor. Everyone there was very caring and considerate. I would definitely recommend Total Access and if I ever have anything happen to me again I would definitely go back there. Thank you Total Access!
Its so fast and easy to get in and out. All the things that a small hospital has. People are very friendly.
