No wait- staff was polite, knowledgable. Followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was better. I would recommend to family and friends.
I went into Total Access Urgent Care on Hwy K. Dr. Osborne and the nurses/paramedics were outstanding. They were compassionate, thorough and prompt with my care. Upon reviewing my results they called the hospital. The hospital had all my information ready when I arrived. I was taken into emergency surgery shortly after my arrival. I would definitely use TAUC in the future. They were FANTASTIC.
With my background as a Masters degree prepared Nurse and many years experience in various health care institutions/hospitals/health centers, I can state that TAUC is a premier health care provider! ALL of the Staff from Reception to Radiology Tech to the PA were very friendly, and sincere, genuine care provided in a remarkably efficient time span! Clean, well kept facility as well.
