Arrived to get checked out after a fall and head injury. All went smoothly, and quickly. No medicine required. Would use again.
Great experience! I was dehydrated and they quickly started fluids and meds for nausea. They did blood work and a ct scan. Everyone was professional and nice.
This is the only Urgent Care I will go to! I've been there several times for myself, my husband and sons and the staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! This trip was for my son and the doctor and paramedics were all great at putting him at ease even though he was in pain. We were in and out in a flash and they even called the next day to see how he was feeling. When our doctor's office is closed, this is the only place we will go!!
I have taken the girls here several times. Each time in fast, great personalities of those attending to us, out fast. I tried another Urgent Care near us...waited forever just like the emergency room, personalities not a friendly. Sooo, won't do that again! Highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care!
Had excellent care. No wait at all. Staff was welcoming and kind. Took good care of my 96 year old mom.
This was my first visit, although my wife went to the Sunset Hills location a few months ago. I was very pleased with my visit. I found everyone very friendly and showing concern. Very pleasant experience!
On a recent trip home from Georgia I somehow scratched my cornea. My wife took me to the Total Access Urgent Care. I was seen as soon as we walked in. The staff was absolutely great. I could not have asked for any better care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

Never have I been to a medical facility that is run as smoothly as this one. Total wait time between the medic, PA, and doctor was maybe 5 minutes. I'll definitely be going back for future issues! Even with a system freeze during checkout, I was in and out of there in about an hour!
