Excellent care as always. Wouldn't think about going to any other urgent care center. When I'm sick and need to be seen quickly, it's nice to know there's a place to go where I feel confident about the care I'll get.
I got there 20 minutes before my appointment and they still took me directly back to be treated. Girl at the front desk as super sweet and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.
Great facility with warm and helpful staff. Comprehensive care as I had fallen and hit my head on a ceramic tile floor. Received x-ray and CT scan with results in minutes rather than hours. Why wait in an ER when you can get quality care in a clean and friendly place? I highly recommend TAUC.
We use this facility in place of the ER. They have a cat scan, X-ray, can fill your RX at a very reasonable cost. They are fast and efficient. There is nothing worse than being in an ER for hours when you are sick. This eliminates the wait and high cost of using an ER. It always seems you need a doctor on weekends, after hours etc. sometimes if the doctor cannot see us he recommends urgicare That says it all
We started going here not long after they opened the location across from SAMC. They are very friendly, polite & knowledgeable. And the service is quick. Normally I try to get there close to 8am when they opened but today it was around noon & I was taken right back & seen. Maybe 30 minutes altogether. We don't go anywhere else.
Everyone was fantastic. I was there for several hours because if testing. I can't even describe how wonderful each and every person was. I was asked more than once if there was anything else they could do to make me more comfortable. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility!
I went to this Urgent Care today due to a broken ankle, I had an amazing experience! Everyone was nice from the moment I went in to the moment I left. They made me feel comfortable and just honestly an all around good environment.... not a signal complaint!
I would rather go here than an emergency room. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They take time with u and really care. I have recommended to so many people.
