This was the 2nd time I have come here and even though there were many other urgent cares near my work I opted to come here because of how well I was treated the first time. They listen, show compassion and get you taken care of in a timely manner. I am a big fan of giving good reviews when warranted and this urgent care has for sure earned my 5 stars. Thank you so much for helping me heal!!!!!
In and out fast did X-rays and splinted hand doctors and staff were awesome
Exceptional unles you have a shark bite, stroke,,heart attack aneurism severe crisis don't waist your time and money going to Tony's, go across the street to these. Unbelievable health care professionals, service almost surreal!! A one stop shop from IV antibiotics to CT scans to filling your medicine amazing , from the person who takes you to your room to the appoint desk/ billing FANTASTIC EFFECTIVE EFFICIENT SERVICE. I have been here several times with my autistic son. They are always so patient and understanding with him. He does not like to wait at all. They are so good with getting you in and out. They will also fill your medication for you. They staff is excellent. I would totally recommend them to anyone!
After not feeling good all week and getting worse on Christmas Day I decided to go to Total Access Urgent Care. This was at about 6:30 pm Christmas evening and everyone there were great. Took great care of me. Thanks You All!!!!
First, THANK YOU! You have restored my faith in urgent care (well, I'm ONLY visiting Total Access from now on). From online scheduling, to an immediate friendly greeting at the desk, to truly caring nursing and doctors, you all saved the day! Great experience! I will go there from now when sick instead of messing with my regular Dr. Office. I was in and out and they took great care of me.
