My friend and I both suffered injuries ice skating. I fractured my thumb and she broke her arm, so it was a two for one. The staff was very nice. Said neither of us should ice skate again. LOL!!
They take such great care for their patients. Very concerned and caring. Got me right in and gave me the treatment I needed to make me feel better.
I never get sick thus didn't have a doctor to get into quickly. Stopped by here in the morning and was in and out quickly. Everyone was very polite and professional, listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan. I would recommend this location to others in a similar situation!
Got in and out quickly. Really professional and everything was done right there from exam & x-ray to prescription. Recommend them highly.
We have been there numerous times for various things.. (I have 3 boys!!) Never have had a bad experience and every single person there is friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully we won't be back anytime soon but if it comes up we will go there first.

I have visited this location twice and both times the staff was friendly, empathetic, and compassionate. I love that I get to have a visit with a doctor and also get all of my lab testing and tests done in House. The first time I had to have a ct scan. The second an X-ray! They also filled my prescriptions for me so I didn’t have to make another stop on the way home. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent care! I will go back here if I ever need to!
The entire is very courteous and professional, the nurses and explain everything they do so one can easily understand. The care received has always been outstanding
