Been there several times...always get excellent care!
The staff is always pleasant and efficient. The fact, technically speaking, everything from xray, CT Scan etc. is available, makes for a positive visit. The Medical Director is professional and diagnosis to treatment plan is spot on. Checkout is a smooth process and you are given Rx scripts, if needed, and any necessary p aperwork. They are always very nice and I am usually able to walk right in. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I love that it is close and you get everything in one place. Highly recommend this location!
I've been to several Urgent care in the last few years. Total Access has been like none of those. Everyone is kind and helpful right away. No long wait. The walk down the hall to the treatment rooms is clean and reminiscent of how small hospitals once were. The staff, nurse, PA & MD were remarkable and my medical issue was addressed and hopefully taken care of with medication.
My first choice. Their staff is friendly, competent. So glad that they are here when needed. Thanks for great care!

First experience with Urgent Care and it was the best. They were so nice and understanding. Very professional and listened carefully to me to access my condition. Hope never to have to go back, but great to know they are there when needed.
