RecommendedEverything! This organization is well run and highly customer focused. They are my "Go To" group when I am not feeling well. Trying to get to see my regular doctor takes a week or more. At Total Access Urgent Care, I can walk in, be properly diagnosed and back out the door. They do follow-ups by phone and their diagnosis has always been spot on!
The service I received in the clinic was great, however a couple of days after my visit I accidentally spilt my sons liquid antibiotic on the floor. I called to ask them to refill it and apparently “Taylor” did not realize I was on the phone and talking to another employee she proceeded to make fun of me and say “who cares, was it liquid? 5 second rule”. Every person I encountered was pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. I had never been to this facility but found it clean, modern and the employees were very helpful.
You can make an appointment, walk in, get a very thorough exam, and get any medicines on the way out. They give you a CD with any X-rays or Scans you do. The overall cost is so much cheaper than a regular urgent care or ER.

Always fast, professional and caring
I love the Total Access Care in Lamplighter Sq. All of the staff are very professional and caring. They answer all of my questions and try to make you very comfortable during my visit. I like the fact they have on-site x-rays and labs. My insurance covers my visit. I never have to wait for someone to begin treatment. They are amazing. I highly recommend this facility.
I was able to check in online and was put in a room right away. The doctor came in and gave me a prescription for a urinary tract infection. I am feeling much better.
