Called TAC at 9 am. Stated I was dealing with severe knee/ hip pain following a fall down a flight of stairs. Spot scheduled for 11:15 same day. X-ray, diagnosis, prescription and out in 35 minutes!
Everyone was friendly and professional. It's very clean, very efficient, and well equipped. I prefer Total Access above all other urgent cares I have gone to. Obviously to being going there you aren't feeling well to begin with, but they definitely made it a good experience.
We were very impressed with the care we received on our first visit to Urgent Care. It was fast, convenient and thorough. The facilities are very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional. Best of all we didnt have to wait for 5 hours to be taken care of. We were in and out in about a half hour.
No other patients in waiting room and it was 5:45 on a Monday! Very professional and attentive
1st time there everyone that I dealt with were great Very impressed from the moment i walked in
I went for an inner ear infection. I interacted with three professional staff and two clerical. All were friendly, efficient and organized. Diagnosis was quick, some treatment given immediately and prescription was sent. Very impressive, especially in comparison to a hospital ER.
I was sick with bronchitis for a second time in two months. You had diagnosed me the first time. Both times I didn’t have a wait. The staff acknowledged how awful I felt and took me to a room immediately. Everyone was helpful and attentive and seemed genuinely concerned. I appreciated everything they did for me. I’m healthy now and going strong!! Thank you so much!! They were the best!!
I have been here several times and often refer my own clients. They are quick, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend them
