My experience was fantastic! I have COPD! I had a horrible cough..could not get into my Doctor that day. She was booked up! The doctor that treated me was very kind. The staff was very professional and very compassionate! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that is suffering from an illness!
RecommendedWas very pleased to find TAUC open on July 4th after realizing I needed stitches for a finger cut. Sign in was friendly, efficient, and easy. The staff and doctors were wonderful especially considering they were working a holiday. They took me right away, had me stitched up, updated my tetanus shot, and sent me out the door with my meds all in about an hour. I loved being able to get my antibiotic right on site. I got excellent care. The staff was friendly and knowledgable.The facility was clean and had the latest equipment to meet all my needs. I did not have to wait for service. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.I would use this facility again.
Had to take my 88 year old mom to urgent care after she fell. What a great experience. Every employer was kind and respectful. My mom is hard of hearing and when told that they all spoke loudly so that she could hear them. We had no wait and we were in and out in a half hour. They did an X-ray and thankfully nothing was broken. I highly recommend this location.
This is the second time I have been to this facility and each time I have been impressed from the time I have checked in to the time I left. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate in their delivery of care. You are all amazing and I appreciated each one of you that I came in contact with today and during my previous visit.

Everyone there are so no ce. Then figured out what was wrong and fixed it. In and out in no time. Easy peasy!
Total Access Urgent Care is a very pleasant, prompt, and efficient establishment. The receptionist was most polite, caring, and all smiles. The nurse and doctor were very thorough in making their diagnosis and providing after care instructions. I am pleased to have made such a great choice! I was even contacted via phone and email to see how I was doing and encouraged to call or revisit the office if I encountered more issues from my work related injury. THANK YOU, TOTAL ACCESS! 😀
