Fast, efficient, cultural, proffesional
Caring individuals that took the time to treat and make sure we understood discharge instructions. Got in immediately and did not have to wait before treatment. From the receptionist, lab techs and doctor all were excellent.
Great care and very fast
I was treated very nicely. Everyone was friendly and was polite. Best urgent care I have ever been to. The dr. was very top notch. I loved getting my meds there too. That saved me a lot of time!!!!
Every time I've come in, they get me back to a room right away. The physician assistants, physicians, and techs are all very polite and kind. Yes, the co-pay is more than a dr's office, however they can get me in on the weekend. I also love that they can do x-rays there, take labs, have a pharmacy on-site, it's a one-stop shop.
My son has struggled with croup every fall and winter and this year it hit our home fast. The staff was so helpful and made this stressed-out and tired mama at ease with their amazing care for my son. Thankful for a thorough visit. His cough is already sounding better 24 hours later.
After fighting a cold for 5 days I realized I needed more help or it would turn into pneumonia. I was greeted very warmly and seen immediately buy a practitioner and then the doctor within 15 minutes where they prescribed medicines to deal with an upper respiratory infection but I really truly love was not just that kind of service but the ability to get my medicines right then and there and the doctors office not having to go to a drugstore and get filled my prescription this service is impeccable. And I am on the mend
