RecommendedI was referred to this urgent care by multiple ladies in a wonderful mommy group I’m in on Facebook. I literally cannot say enough positive things. I came in 30 minutes before close feeling guilty and was treated so kindly. There were so many staff members all with smiling faces eager to take care of the patients. I was in and out, the medication that I needed they had available to me for a reasonable cost. I felt tons of faith in the older doctor that took care of me. Very reassuring and positive experience.
I visited a Total Access Urgent Care yesterday, and was told I had an expired insurance card. They helped me by calling the insurance company which I didn't expect. I had to get the right card and come back, but they were very professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I was in and out fast, and they seemed to genuinely care about how I felt. I didn't get this treatment from a competing Urgent Care.

I was so sick, went and they got me right in. They spent much time breathing treatment, chest X-ray, .. I had been battling 2 weeks , must say I’m feeling much better with medications after 4 days. Staff was great. I would for sure return
Based on my past experience, I drove 25 miles, past two other urgent cares, to get to Total Access. They got us in quickly, were very courteous, got to the issue and treated my son with care, and then took time to answer my questions. It is worth the drive for excellent care.

My 17 year old grandson needed a physical for sports participation. We had usually gone to Walgreens near us, but they do not have a physician on duty anymore. The assistant actually referred us to Total Access. After filling out the forms, we had a very short wait before the physical was performed. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. I was impressed by the facility as well - very clean and comfortable.
We were traveling and needed to get a diagnosis and possibly meds for pink eye. The staff were courteous, necessary meds were available at the on-site pharmacy, and we were in and out in an hour. Best urgent care experience we have ever had. Thanks!
