Waiting room was very busy, we were there a long time. Even though staff was extremely busy, they were pleasant, thorough and informative.
The staff and Dr. were friendly, compassionate and efficient in diagnosing and treating my 12 year old. We were in and out in less than an hour with a treatment plan and understanding of what was wrong. I would highly recommend.
Every experience we have here is great. You never want to have to be there but the staff always makes it a pleasant experience. This past weekend I was treated by Matt Keen and he was extremely personable and professional and the entire staff was so friendly and efficient.
Went to total access for flu like symptoms and had a great experience. They are very organized, efficient, professional with great patient care skills!! They are very knowledgeable. Treated me, gave me meds, and I was on my way....
This Urgent Care is filled with very professional kind and caring doctors, nurses, and physician's assistants. They are thorough and go the extra step to get it right. I actually like going here more than my own dr.

The Nurses and Doctors were Great. They treated me, and when they were done I payed my bill and left. The Bad part,,,, three weeks later I received a bill for $227.00, it’s was like wth, I was self paid and thought I was all paid up with no mention that I would be charged again, later. Self pay means you have the money to pay right then and there I thought, and I would have. But three weeks later they decide they’re going to bill me more.
