Have always been treated well. You can get your meds there. We've been there several times.
Quick in to check for broken rib, WONDERFUL staff. Couldn't be easier or nicer.
I needed an XRay of my wrist after injuring it in a fall. All staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. (And they were well-staffed!). Dr Demeter was kind, thorough and had a great “bedside manner”.

My daughter injured her knee. We made an appointment online. Our wait time was quick. We were in a room as soon as we finished the initial paperwork. Once in a room, the nurse came to do vitals, almost immediately. The doctor was in within minutes. Images were taken shortly after that. She was given a brace with instructions. I was in and out in a very timely manner even though the system was down. Everyone I met was very friendly and courteous.
We were able to get in really fast and the Doctors and Nurses were very nice. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the entire process was, especially with a 2 year old in tow. My family will be using Total Access Urgent Care for all of our future urgent care needs. I also received a phone call checking up on the status of how she was feeling. I'm highly impressed with how much everyone there cared, we weren't just another number. Thank you so much.
