From out of state and needed to be seen. I was really impressed by the thoroughness of exam, questions and tests. Very friendly and personable staff; all of them.
I had a great visit meant to give 5 stars. I got in right away and everyone was very helpful and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them.
This has become the only urgent care we will use from now on. They are very friendly and have you in and out as quickly as possible. This was our 4th visit and each time was great.
They are fast and very efficient. Everyone is very friendly. They can do everything there without sending you somewhere else. My family has used them twice this week..
I've been to this urgent care 2 times now, within 2 weeks, and as I said in my first review, it was 5 stars again!! I went in 2 weeks ago sick and congested.....they determined I had pneumonia. After taking my meds, and inhaler, I was back to feeling better, and back to work!! Staff is very courteous, and professional. I would recommend to anybody. Just yesterday I got a follow up call to see how I was doing!! Very nice people. Thank you again for everything
The medical team jumped right in to make sure they covered all concerns I was having. They were able to run the appropriate tests and diagnosed my problem in record time. I truly appreciate the compassion and care I received at Total Access.
It was a really good experience they fulfilled All my expectations
When I can't get into my doctor, they are right down the street. Never hassle about my payment. Treatment is quick and exactly what I need. And they really listen to me. And I get my prescription there as it isn't that much more than what I would pay at my pharmacy.
Great facility, staff was very attentive & thorough!
