I took my 2 year here after swimming when we noticed his legs looked like they chemical burns from the pool. They got us in extremely fast and took great care of my son without thinking anything of it. They were really good with him and took everything at his pace. They were excellent. And after finding out they can do everything the ER can without the ER costs. I think we'll be going here for any emergency we have. My daughter developed pink eye while we were visiting the area from out of state. The hotel staff referred us to Total Access Urgent care and we were very pleased with the care. We were seen quickly after we arrived. All the staff treated our daughter with compassion and professionalism. Thanks again!

Have been to Total Access Urgent Care on more than one time, had to go today. Great service, great people, they took care of my problem. Sure beats waiting to get your doctor appointment when you need care now
This is the best medical facility I have found in along while. Quick in and out staff is super nice and you can get prescriptions there as well.
Excellent treatment, excellent customer service. In and out in no time. Everyone nice and very helpful. I have only been to the one on Mexico Road in St Charles and am always pleased!!!

This is the second time taking my son to this location and I can't say enough good things about it!!! Very fast, very friendly, very thorough!!! No one likes emergencies, but when you have one, this is the place to go!!! Rest easy!!
