I went to TAUC today for a broken foot. The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed very skilled. The building is nice and clean and very well maintained. The desk staff, doctor, and other employees were every professional but also still very warm. I would highly recommend TAUC to anyone!
Total Access Urgent Care was awesome from the start to the finish of my visit. They are very professional and friendly. The facility is very clean and neat and they kept me informed of what was going on. Have been to many urgent cares and this one is the best. Good job!
Highly recommended! We were referred by another clinic and were very happy with the service and speed of being seen. Tv in each room, so I could watch the game while we waited, which was barely 4 pitches. Everyone was friendly and helpful, got us in and out quickly. Reasonable prices and prescription was filled on site!
I had sat at the ER for 4 hours waiting for a few stitches in my hand! I left and and went to Total Access the next morning! I was in and out in 55 min! They were super friendly and didn't act like I was a bother coming in! Even got my antibiotics before I left!

This is the best urgent care i have ever been to. Normally i avoid urgent cares because they misdiagnose and dont care, but this was not the case today. Considering all that was done, didnt take too long at all. Staff was friendly, informative and helped resolve a lot of pain. Just sayin guys - if u ever need an urgent care, i highly recommend this one.
Was referred by another urgent care (SMS) because they were not equipped to administer fluids or draw blood , which it turned out my copay was $55 dollars less here for a place that was equipped to handle most anything except obvious emergencies. You are super close to house. Was taken back to room within minutes of entering and I told my husband where I went when he got home and said that it was the best customer service I have ever recieved in doctor's office. Great people there take care of you and get you in and out fast
I don't do doctors. I don't do hospitals. I was very reluctant to go to an urgent care because I just hate all of the above!! I was pretty certain that I broke my ankle so there was no choice. I had to go. I choose Total Access and I'm so glad that I did. The staff was so nice and thorough. I was there for a few hours but they have TVs in every room so the time passed faster. Hopefully I don't have to come back but if I do I would choose Total Access!!
