Thankful for the ease of access when my son had a concussion. The staff were attentive, prompt and personable without dismissing my concern and anxiety about his presenting problem. Dr. Sparks was thorough and encouraging.
Due to my own clumsiness, I fell going down some stairs! I landed on both knees and banged up my right shin pretty bad! My sister told me about Total Access Urgent Care not far away! I limped in, filled out the required paperwork, and was in a room to be seen within ten minutes! I probably would have gotten in faster, but, I was limping, and I write slow! I was seen immediately. Everyone was very nice and efficient. Very pleasant experience since I was travelling.
First time there. Made my appointment at 2 a.m. in the morning. Got taken right away. They are very efficient and friendly. I like the fact that you can have everything done at one place. Be looked at, have test,exrays done and get your medicine there. If I would of went to my primary care doctor, I would of been sent elsewhere for tests. This place is great.

This was my 3rd time visiting TAUC...and each time the experience exceeded my expectations. They were quick, thorough, and caring!
I'm from out of state. I though I just twisted my ankle but in fact broke it. From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the kindness, efficiency, and cleanliness of the practice. From the front desk to the doctors and all the assistants. Don't plan to be back any time soon but I'm glad they were there.
