Had an amazing camp for Girl Guiding. Highly recommend it to other groups. Brilliant facilities
Very good campsite, well maintained and lots of activities on offer all In all A good scout site
Fantastic camp site for Scouting. Good facilities. Well maintained. I have attended camps, activity days, and leader training at this site. Groups can also book events with equipment such as grass sledging, archery, rifle shooting, and tomahawk throwing. There is an outside circular hut which has a camp fire and chimney which makes for a great evening singing songs and telling jokes.
Reasonable range of beers. Friendly staff. Car parking available. I arrived at about 8.40pm and wanted a meal. Good men choices, and I went for the cod and chips. Good portion size and very tasty. The price of meals was average. I will eat here again.
