Bought a Kamado Joe BBQ from Topbbq a year ago. Been waiting for any potential dramas before reviewing as previous ceramic BBQs have no been up to standard. So far, I’m super impressed with the BBQ. Kamado Joe do an exceptional warranty service. As for topbbq. I ordered midday on a Wednesday, and they called Wednesday afternoon to see if they could deliver Thursday morning. Great product (kamado Joe) and really helpful/flexible staff!
Purchased a Kamado Joe Classic III from TopBBQ. Right out the gate the process was flawless. A credit to Kamado Joe, as sellers of this brand!
