My son had an appointment, we were only a few minutes early. So 1 hour and 45 minutes of time goes by and still haven't been seen. But they called and seen everyone else that came in after us. When I went to confirm that and arrange another appointment time, they wanted to beat around the bush and wanted me to wait another 10 minutes before even seen. The tall girl with the big brown curly hair was amazing with my daughter. The girls that worked in the back also did an outstanding job. We were in and out in two shakes. Will definitely tell others.

I left work arriving 15 minutes early for my kids appointment and waited an hour just to be told I would have to keep waiting at least another hour and 25 minutes IF the doctors seen mine for 30 minutes each. (This was just a routine cleaning). So instead of waiting another 25 minute gamble i left because what's the point in having an appointment if you have to wait that long? ? Kool Smiles is such a Great place to go! While I was waiting to be called back the CTL greeted us with a Smile and Loud "Good Morning"! Rest of the staff was very kind through my entire appointment. I definitely recommend Kool Smiles to family and friends! :)

Upon entering was greeted. Had to wait a few minutes to be seen but it was OK. Manager apologized for my wait. Once in the back. The doctor was really good with me. She advised me on what was needed so that I could get my tooth straight. Everybody seemed really nice. I enjoyed my visit. I will be back.

Every time my children have had an appointment at Kool smiles, we ALWAYS end up waiting at least an hour just to be seen. The staff at both locations in Killeen definitely need some customer service training and the are always pushy about the co-pays. I am definitely NOT bringing my children there again.

My kids love going to Kool Smiles. We have been going here for 4 years now. Sometimes you have a wait (which isn't so bad because the service is worth it) and sometimes there is not. They are very kid friendly and really know how to make the kids feel comfortable. My kids actually love going and get very excited for their cleanings. The last time we went the staff was wearing silly hats and it made the day even funner for my kids.

Love love love this place!! I took my son to have his teeth cleaned for his first time. I was nervous, and he was very scared. I have to say the staff was amazing in the back! We didnt wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes, and as soon as we got to the back the hygienist immediately came over and started talking to my son. She was so sweet and friendly. She made both my son and I feel comfortable right from the start. It was like all of his fears had went away, he even gave me 2 thumbs up during his cleaning. I observed the othe... read more
