I take both my kids here for teeth cleaning and I absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly and informative and their doctors are lowing, considerate and understanding. The office is kid friendly and my kids love playing on the slide. They take most insurance and their wait time is reasonable. Appointment times are important and rescheduling appointments are painless. They send out dentist appointment reminds to your email and via text. Strongly recommend this location for your dentist work
this is the best dental office i have ever taken my kids to. The staff is very friendly and fun to be around. They sure do know how to work with kids. My 3 year old has always been terrified and screams and its a fight to get into his mouth. Shauna was his cleaner and she was so amazing. She talked to him and got him to stop crying and even got him to open his mouth and let her clean him. Best experience we have ever had.
I been coming here for almost 3 years now and will continue to come back! They always get the job done for my children. They have a wonderful staff and they are very friendly! They always do a great job! I thank all of you especially Shauna, Joyce, Victoria, Chelsea, Alma. And today I think she was a new one, my children said she was very nice. Yall are are great!
I would like to say that Brandy did an amazing job today with my kiddos. They were super busy and Brandy made sure we were in and out. Next time I will make sure to ask for her.
My first time going, and the experience was amazing. Everyone was friendly, which made the visit enjoyable for my kiddos. One Dental Assistant, Micqueal went over and above to ease my children's nerves about dentist visits.
This visit was great even though the wait time was a lil while the dental assistant Micqueal showed my daughter everything that was going to happen with getting fillings thanks Micqueal for being patient and kind!
I want to thank miss Joyce for all her help. She was really nice. She took the time to listen to me when I was speaking with her. The lobby was really loud, but the back was much calmer. I enjoyed the visit we had at Kool Smiles.
Brought my son for his 6 month cleaning and x-rays Janie did a awsome job explaining to me what they were going to do. She also did his sealants will be returning back here. There wait time was a little long but everything went great
When you step in the doors you can feel the friendly atmosphere. The staff is always prompt and polite. One staff member Janette is really great with the kids. My kids always relax when they see her. Very family like atmosphere.
