Thank you so much Shauna, Renee, Joyce & Brandy for making my girls dental experience such a blessing. Definitely sure that I have found our new home for Dental care. It seemed a little busy today, but all of the staff was very professional. From the moment I walked in, Chelsea greeted me and did a very good job explaining everything to me. This was my child's first time in a while being seen and Leticia did a great job at making her feel comfortable when taking her to get her x-rays. Nis and Dr. Patyal looked at my daughters teeth and did a very good job at keeping her calm. Great team work ladies!
My kids were scheduled for sealants and Ms Janie was there dental assistant for the procedure. She was very nice and quick she explained what and what not to eat after getting them done.
I took my daughter there and she loved it! There's a play area to keep her busy until they call her name. When she went back the assistant (Nastocia) was very friendly and knowledgeable with what was going to be done. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very kid friendly
I came in today which was a very busy day. Even though it was busy. I was greeted with smiles by Brandy. Brandy answered all my questions and made my day. Shauna also did a great job with cleaning my kids teeth.
Staff is wonderful! Thanks to Alma I was able to set up my appointment at Kool smiles after recommending the office!
My daughter needed a filling and crown today. She was pretty scared but the Assistant Karina & Dr.Moola talked her through it, showed her what was going to be done! They were really sweet! Thanks to them my daughter had a good experience!
I can honestly say that I love kool smiles. The staff is awsome, my kids love coming here so for that I give kool smiles a 5 start rating. Keep up the good work nic and Dr. Jung
checking in was a bit of a hassle seems their was a little confusion but it all got straightened out. when I was called back they actually called all my kids together usually its only 2 at a time. I was able to be with all my kids.
