The staff were very helpful getting my insurance straightened out as well as making my children feel very comfortable and comforting my youngest because he was a little nervous. Overall very satisfied with our visit.
Had a great experience at Kool Smiles yesterday, everything was a timely and staff was amazing and friendly.
I was very disappointed, my overt all visit was 15-20 min from signing in to gettingout, 1st time appt, exam, xray, prophy couldn't be done in that allotted time, which makes me wonder how well my kids prophys were done. I will not be going back to that office or any other office. I understand is a corporation and they set a time for every exam, but as a new pt, 15 minutes is not enough time for a good exam and prophy.
No matter if you arrive 15 or 30 minutes early for your appointment you have to wait around one hour later of your appointment time to be attended. Also you have to pay before the treatment. I decided to go to another place for my kids' dental health.
