I love kool smiles off lowes blvd the dental assistants were excellent and very kid freindly my kids never kicked screamed or cried thy actually enjoyed there dental appt and love to brush the sugar monsters away and thts a plus for me id most definitely refer my friends and family to kool smiles
The appt is self was good. The reminders about up coming appts is enough to t make me run! The people had to call 3 times to confirm an appt and each time the person sounded drunk. Slerring words! Highly unprofessional, un able to read a previous comment on the screen! Could keep track of what was being said or they had said. Scarey.
Dr. Meza and Brandi are really awesome. They made this experience great for my daughter. They made jokes, explained what the tools were in kid terms....they were simply awesome! Hate to hear Dr. Meza is leaving, but glad they will still have Brandi. They both need a huge raise! I had a bad experience at this place...but they made up for it big time! Please keep people like this at your establishment, get rid of the people who act like they dont wont to be there! Again they were super awesome!
Terrible. Just terrible. Expect a long wait and a less than friendly staff
I absolutely love the quality of care that is given to my children but I really do wish that work on their timing. we were there on time the still didn't get out for an hour and a half later. I don't know if it's from over booking but that was my only concern otherwise the staff and doctors were awesome.
Every time we go, we arrive 15 or so mins early but still get called back way after appt time and sit in the chair waiting for a tech and or doc even longer and my child gets restless waiting
The staff was kind and and sensitive to me and my child's needs. The facility was clean and most importantly the dentist was very reassuring to my son during his procedure. He and his hygienist made us comfortable while they worked. I am very happy with my Kool Smiles experience. From the ladies at the front desk to the people who work the back. Kool Smiles was a two thumbs up!
Dr.Choi and staff was awsome. They are true professionals when working with children
Our visit was extremely AWESOME! Both of my kids were nervous but the Dentist and his assistant alone should receive 10 stars. When my kids are happy I'm happy. Thank You Kool Smiles for providing excellent care!!!
