If I could give this place no stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled to see a dentist after a root canal procedure and I had this appointment for a good month. I go in and they tell me the dentist can't see me and they need to reschedule for the end of the month. There's a 2-4 week window and I scheduled the original appoint in that window. We had to call corporate to get it figured out. Also, a payment problem. I have tricare and I don't pay a copay for cleanings, they billed me $200+ worth and then sent it to collec... read more
Great staff. Dr. Meza and Zoe were great with my daughter.
Dr.Meza and DA:Desire were phenomenal they relived my son of pain stayed late and most importantly showed they cared. Dr.Meza kept my son happy at the same time with his Funny Jokes lol!
Kool Smiles is beyond AMAZING!! Dr Meza and Desire went above and beyond to make my niece feel as comfortable as possible. As busy and hectic as that place was they were so gentle and patient and made her laugh and smile the entire time. Thanks so much for everything! You guys did an extremely great job!
Are you kidding me?!?!? I scheduled an appointment, they gave me one for a month later, I just needed a resine that fell off. I showed up on time. I waited 1 hour before being seen (none else there) and I went in, the dentist examined my mouth after I told her what I was there for and at the end she finished her with a "I'm sorry, we don't see adults here for resins but I can give you a doctor's number in temple that may be able to help you, i don't know if he takes MetLife insurance tho. The staff is awesome! They let my daughter try out all the tools so she wouldn't be scared! Everyone is really child friendly making sure the kids are comfortable with what's going on. The DA desire was amazing. She let my daughter do a "science experiment" turning filling gel into a harden fake tooth! I will continue to take my child to kool smiles it was the best experience my child has had at the dentist! My kiD's really enjoyed their visit to the dentist, the staff took great care of them, friendly, and the office was clean also.
My son was seen at the free clinic on 22 Feb 2015. Staff was super friendly. Dr Meza definitely made the children very comfortable and shared many jokes. He went above and beyond. Best dental experience my son has ever experienced..
So my son will be four in a few days and he has been going to Kool smiles since his first tooth the staff is great but this last visits the hygienist ms Teresa I think her name was she was awesome I'm gonna ask for her every time he gets a cleaning. So nice and very charming you can see she loves kids and has a lot of patience! Great job hiring staff
