Not happy with the customer service me and my sister in law received, I showed the guy what we both wanted she had acrylic I had gel he filed my nails a little then went to start the gel process my cuticles was outgrown and needed doing I asked him are you not going to do my cuticles with no reply he opened the draw grabbed the cuticle tool out and started ripping my cuticles off with quiet abit of force, he then pushed the nail file so hard into my nail and skin that it’s started to bleed 😳he then just left my nail there b... read more

Whatever chemicals they use are extremely strong and damaging. I asked for an oval shape and the man told me it wouldn’t look good and proceeded to shape them differently. I wasn’t satisfied with my nails so I had to pay £10 for a soak off which left my nails in a mess.
