Tragic at the least honestly, I suffer from a chronic illness so it is easier for me to come to top nails. I regret coming, every time I come here there’s some type of issue, if that’s me being covered in half the nail supplies or leaving with sore fingers from how rough they are with me. Nevertheless I make it clear to them my discomfort and nothing changes. I booked an appointment for my nails here, but when I arrived and explained my booking, I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told to wait. There were several others waiting as well, and it quickly became clear that the appointment system meant nothing—it’s actually a walk-in service, though no one informed me of that upfront. After watching two people go in ahead of me and waiting 25 minutes, I realised what was going on and decided to leave.

A hidden gem in Solihull! For the price, the quality is really good. My nails have always lasted for a long time, definitely recommend going, staff are lovely, had great conversations, will 100% be going back!! Thank you <33
