Very poor customer service, very rude, rushing and hurt me on multiple different occasions my toe is sore and bleeding and to top it off the nails aren’t even nice. I paid £65 for a set when I could’ve just stayed home and got my 4 year old to do them as she’d of done a better job anyway. Will not be returning and I don’t recommend anyone to use this place!

The current state of my nails is unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this service. The quality of the work is subpar, and even a seven-year-old could achieve a better result. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and will require additional services to rectify the situation, which will incur further expenses.

Disappointed. Asked on arrival how long it would take and the lady said 15 minutes, after waiting half an hour was told it would be another 20 minutes. When questioned was told how others had waited an hour. I mean that's not the point. If I was told when I walked in that it was going to be 50 minutes I would have not waited that long, I wish they'd just be honest.
