So I’ve been coming to Phong for over 10 years, and I have never experienced such amazing customer service in any previous nail establishment. I broke a nail the other day ago, and as per usual, Phong is always happy to fix anytime…for free. She also goes over the rest of my nails to give it a touch up. Old or new customers. Both Phong & Tony are very hospitable and take care of all their customers. The hospitality level is first class, including providing toiletries for us females.
