I feel so comfortable here. Everything is so good.
Top waste of time more like. First time visiting this nail shop. Why have a booking system? I booked an appointment for 1pm, when I got there, they all look puzzled. I sat down, there are 3 workers tending to 6 customers. 2 doing nails for 3 people and 1 doing a pedicure for 3 people. The worker was going back and forth between 2 people doing their pedicure whilst the 3rd customer had their feet soaked. They sat me down at 1:05 and he put the water on (ice cold water). I am not happy to be leaving this review.. all I wanted was a milky white colour on my toe nails. First we had a big miscommunication on the price whereby I mentioned seeing it being £32 for acrylic on toes but they were telling me it was £45. I asked what the £32 one was and they didn’t even know what I was on about and I had to show them their own online booking portal.
