I don't even want to give 1 star, strictly avoid please. I went to get my eyebrows shaped as walk-in. The lady asked me to wait for 20 mins and she can do eyebrows. I have waited for half an hour, then she removed some extras from my eyebrows and said she can't do anymore. I asked her to shape and thin my eyebrows, she literally said she can't do it. Had my nails done here 3 times now and I have no complaints the ladies are lovely we are always laughing together and I always come away happy with my nails 💕

Awful customer service, and terrible nail building. I was there from 9:30 am at the time of my booking and at 11am she still wanted me to wait as she stopped doing my nails to do other peoples. I waited patiently as she started when I complained because the nail tips were the incorrect size for my nails (too small) and the acrylic didn’t cover the full nail Tina the owner said I made her uncomfortable and scared, I was polite and as a paying customer I said I just wanted a good job…she then had a panic attack and told me to ... read more
