I went along for the first time to Tony's Nails in Kings Lynn this morning, to have a manicure and pedicure done, which was an absolute 💯 amazing experience. Tony had done my manicure and he went above and beyond to help me making sure that I was both ok and pleased with he's service that he provided me with, and OMG I am a so pleased with my new nails, Tony has done an excellent job, I am a very happy lady. Normally good, but had a set appointment, and they kept me waiting 30 minutes.

Went in to shop at about 12 asked if I could come back at 12:30 went back, got seen straight away, done my nails perfect, best I've ever had them, first time at the shop, will definitely go back, thank you

I usually get my nails done by Tony. however there was a new guy who attended to me this time. He didnt give me the shape i wanted and made my nails too bulky and when i was trying to inform him of my dissatisfaction he got upset and spoke in his language which i find very rude. He then presented a different attitude. The employees there always speak in their language which i find very unprofessional for a business setting. To pay money for a service I believe you should get your money’s worth.
