I usually get my nails done by Tony. however there was a new guy who attended to me this time. He didnt give me the shape i wanted and made my nails too bulky and when i was trying to inform him of my dissatisfaction he got upset and spoke in his language which i find very rude. He then presented a different attitude. The employees there always speak in their language which i find very unprofessional for a business setting. To pay money for a service I believe you should get your money’s worth.

My nails are beautiful and exactly what I asked for but they are burning/sore. I think my nail plates may have been filed too thin/rough. Afforable and pretty nails none the less, hopefully the pain eases soon.
