Came to York for a friend's wedding booked here well in advance and just up from were am staying to then get a text 2 hours b4 my appointment to cancel, I get things happen last minute but to be told it was for an appointment that they would be aware of well before, even if I was told night b4 but had to stress out finding somewhere else miles away
Jody is a wonderful hairdresser, priced very fairly and I always leave feeling very happy. The salon is very calming, which is great. And I love the chat too.
