Purchased my first road bike a few months ago. I could not be happier with my purchase and the physical/mental push its given me. I was able to test ride multiple bikes to be sure of my decision. The customer service i'm given each time I stop into the shop is great!
Earlier this month somebody hit my parked car and destroyed my bike. Thanks to Tom I am back on the road with a new bike. His service was excellent! Thank you Tom for all of your help.

I love bikes. I have been riding one since I was 5. My current bike was a $150 one from Walmart and that was bought about 12 years ago. Even then it lasted me a long time . The brakes stopped working and I had a hard time around intersections . It was time for a new bike. I went to the store and Tony showed me multiple bikes. I was interested in a mountain bike. Tom got me properly fitted resulting in a pain free 102 miles Ride for Roswell. He was great: patient, professional, honest.
Great open house, though I'd give them a try. Charged me 46.00 to replace a spoke and true the wheel, didn't even have to break down the tire. This place is not for the average cyclist. Sorry, won't be back.
I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Unbelievable knowledge and care in their recommendation...anyone who needs a bike will be very pleased if they choose Tom's
We came in to browse first before buying but quickly decided that these were the kind of people that we'd like to do business with. Our salesperson ( Kelly) was smart and attentive without ever feeling pushy - Tom did the fitting for our bikes with care - Pretty sure it's more than making a sale with these people. They genuinely love the sport and help make sure your experience is the best is can be. We'll definitely recommend it to others.
