RecommendedTom's was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I had an old, POS mountain bike that had a flat on the rear wheel, yet they treated me as if I was a preferred customer. They put on a new tire and inner tube, but provided some nice little touches. They made sure the brakes were correctly adjusted after they changed the tire, and even tightened up the front axle which was loose. They bike hasn't ridden that well since it was new! Bought my bike there a few years ago and very happy with it. Just had it tuned up there and it made a big difference in the ride. They do a great job, very knowledgeable, friendly, and no sales pressure.
Bought my road bike here and could not have had a better experience. Tom and his crew are amazing and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Great service. Bobbi, Ian, and Ben answered all my questions, explained options, and helped me pick out the right bike for me without pressure. Then the day I decided on it, the technicians made it a priority to assemble it so I wouldn’t have to make the long drive again. Best bike fit service in town. When you leave you will be assured that the bike is properly adjusted to your body. You will not find inexpensive bikes at this store. What you do get are excellent bikes that will provide many years of superb service. A properly fitted bike ensures a comfortable ride and prevents injuries. Took my bike in to the Tom’s Pro Bike location at 600 Jay Scutti Blvd. in Henrietta , NY and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. From unprofessional staff to the owner who refused to issue a refund for work which was never done.
