My husband and I are thrilled with our new hobby thanks to Tom’s Pro Bike. Kelly was so helpful at getting my husband exactly what he was looking for in a new bike and at a great price. Our 11 month old son giggles when we put him in his new carrier. The staff were friendly and the store is beautiful and modern. We’ll for sure be back!

I just purchased my first road bike (specialized dolce sport) kelly was absolutely amazing to deal with! She took the extra time to educate me and without even asking she started looking up last years models to save me some money. When I went back to purchase after such an amazing first impression, I had 3 employees asking to help me. Tom did a wonderful job fitting me and explaining the bike! The best place to buy products and have a bike serviced/fixed! They know what they are doing and will not lie to you! I will always go to Tom's for products and fixes! All the employees are so nice, it feels like your part of the family! Great service and products.
I can't thank Kelly enough for helping me pick out the Bike for my needs and Tom fitting me to it. By far the BEST customer service! My husband and I went to Tom's a few times before we finally decided on our bikes and all the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly!!
Thank you Tom and staff for custom fitting my new bike. After knee replacement surgery, I needed a bike to fit my needs. Tom did the custom fitting and answered all questions. A special thanks to Kelly Lyon for the personal help she provided. This is a quality shop that I would recommend for riders of all levels.
These folks truly care about the people & community they serve. Everyone I've encountered at the Lancaster store is very knowledgeable & friendly. I especially love the group rides they organize!
