Great local business doing exactly what they love, sharing their knowledge with others. Bought 2 hybrids about 2 years ago and couldn't be happier with the bikes and also the service we received.
Tom took great care of me today. My bike was damaged last wknd when I fell during the Ride for Roswell. Despite not having an appt, despite being extremely busy, Tom fixed my bike within a couple of hours so I could enjoy riding this glorious wknd. Thanks so much. I really appreciate your tremendous customer service.
I was mistreated at this shop. I was charged an exorbitant amount for a repair and was not made aware of this up-charge until I picked the bike up. A simple phone call to discuss the issues and extreme costs would have been the correct thing for this business to do. Instead, I was charged $468.00 IN LABOR COSTS ALONE, for a repair that typically costs $120 or less and when questioned on their business practices the owner of this shop decided to shout at me over the phone. Stopped in the other day between 2-3pm. I saw a couple employees around. One sitting at a desk by the front doors. I browsed the floor for several minutes. NOT one employee came to ask if they could assit me or if I had any questions. Thanks for letting me look elsewhere to spend about $2grand on a Specialized bike. There were 2 I definitely was interested in purchasing. Thanks for nothing.
