Special thanks to Tom and his staff for a great bike maintenance and flat repair clinic tonight. All questions were answered and the hands on demos and co2 demo were great.
I have bought 2 bikes from here and I plan on buying at least a couple more from them. Amazing service, always say hi when I walk in. Love my divergent bike, next will be a fat wheel. Then who knows. Thousands of different bikes to choose from.
Family owned. Tom directs you to what you want and what suits you. He stocks quality items that he approves of. He doesn't pressure you or try to upsell to something you don't need/want. Everyone there is helpful and honest. While this is normally more than I would usually spend on stuff I know they have tested products for quality and I don't go anywhere else

Bought my first cyclocross bike from Toms a few months ago. Customer service was great and the bike is amazing! :)
Bought a bike new here last summer (14). Great sales having me try more than one to make sure I got the right bike for me. This summer (15) my bike got run over not only did they fix my bike quickly but they helped me deal with my insurance and got me back riding in no time. I will not shop elsewhere for bikes because you can't put a price on the personal type of customer service you receive here!!!
