My husband took my spinning shoes to Tom’s to see if they’d be able to fix the clips - I had broken off a screw while trying to unclip them, and the bottom of the screw was stuck inside the screw hole. Not only did they get the screw out and reattach the clips, they did it all for free. And I didn’t even buy the clips there to begin with! I have shopped here before but will definitely be going here for all of my indoor and outdoor cycling needs from now on. Thank you so much!
I purchased my Specialized bike from Tom 3 years ago and could not be happier with the bike, services and parts. I just finished the Empire State Ride without any flat tires or breakdowns. Thank you Tom, Val and Staff!
If you need a bike, go to Tom’s! I purchased my triathlon bike a few years back and had been having trouble with saddles since. Tom has been extremely helpful in recommending other saddle options and had some test saddles I could take home and ride on. My boyfriend was also in the market for a tri bike and we just picked it up, both had bike fits and can’t wait to get out for another ride! Exceptional service, always friendly and never leave disappointed! Thanks again for everything!! :)
