Ordered a bike for my son on May 31. Bike came in a week later....wrong size. Re-ordered, came in wrong color. Re-ordered, picked up today.....front brakes not operational. Many unnecessary trips to store. Very frustrating

one heck of a great place to receive information on bicycle, bicycling and anything bikes..... they make you feel like you're home... Couldn't have done my first century ride without them.
These folks know their stuff, are very helpful and friendly, and want to make sure their customers feel good about buying from them. It's a 90-minute drive for me to get there, but it's worth the trip.
I bought 3 bikes from them and they provide outstanding service, prices are competitive and stand behind their products.
This place is amazing in every way. The customer service, the detail, the selection. It’s the total package.
