Only given 1 star because no stars weren't an option. Turned up on day one on 3rd August with his crew boasting it would only take him 3 days to level and then lay floor whereas most companies would need a week. Where are we? 5 weeks later with floor not levelled properly and most of it needing to be taken up and redone. Despite loads of texts and phone calls to Tommy and him making promises to turn up and redo and complete we are now faced with only one option. Absolute legends. Outstanding customer service and amazing punctuality. We had our 4 bedroom house carpeted. Kitchen, bathroom and utility all vinyl. Excellent fitting. We did not have to wait long for the job to be completed. Would highly recommend for supply and fitting. All jobs were carried out with perfection. Thanks you tommys carpet ltd. Another satisfied customer.
Would advice if your after quality carpet/flooring
Poor communication difficult to get hold off Tommy does not care about his customers just about his next customer very poor customer service and avoid at all cost took a month to do a 2 day job the main man can't even fit himself useless!!!
