RecommendedMatt Weaver and Northtowne VW made this the simplest car buying experience I have ever had!! I would advise all if interested in VW to give Northtowne a chance. I picked up phone, asked if they had the car, confirmed a price and drove an hour and they had it all cleaned up and ready to go. It took about 20 minutes, if that, to do the paperwork and get in the car and head home. Don’t waste your time , I’ve called twice about getting my 19 Jetta serviced there and the first time they scheduled the appointment . I arrived before my appointment time and they told me it was gonna be 3 HOURS FOR A OIL CHANGE ON A WEDNESDAY!!! WITH A APPOINTMENT!!! A second time I called about a small issue I had with my Jetta, the service guy I talked to was condescending, sent me to a line to “make” my appointment and I got some lady’s voicemail... been three days and no call back.
