I had been shopping for a new vehicle to lease. I had the type condensed to Sabaru Forester and two others. Once I visited Tom Wood Sabaru, my selection was made. Nick Wade was a power house of information and took away any doubt from what I wanted. He showed me around the dealership, showed me the service department and what to do when I needed service. On Saturday 9/17/16 my husband and I stopped by the Tom Wood Subaru dealership on 96th St in Indianapolis just to test drive a SUV comparable to my 2010 Honda CRV which served me well, to my surprise 3 hours later we were driving away in a 2017 Subaru Forester sold to us by Glen Heppner, what a salesman! I am thrilled with my purchase knowing 4 people in my circle of friends that drive Subaru vehicles, two of which are on their 4th Subaru vehicle for dependabilty and style.
Great service, appreciate the Express Lanes. When planning to buy my 2nd Subaru I did a lot of online research and comparison. Called TW, spoke with Jake Martens, drove the car I was interested in, made an appointment to close the deal, drove it home. It was that easy. Service was fast, and friendly. My only complaint is they had Fox News playing in the waiting room. Maybe something a little less polarizing.
