We have purchased two vehicles from Tom Wood in the last year;a Legacy and a Forester. Jake made the entire process very easy. He answered all our questions, explained the vehicle features clearly, and even found the exact models and color we wanted. The test drives really highlighted the handling differences between Subaru models and other manufacturers models. We are very happy with the vehicles and the purchase experiences from Tom Wood. I would highly recommend Tom Wood and Jake to anyone.
Well I drove 5 hrs to look at a 2010 Tahoe with my wife, 7 month Daughter and 4 year old Son. The Tahoe color was listed as Black Granite which it wasn't, just Black. The interior and wheels/tires in great shape. However the paint was ok except the rust they forgot to mention on the rear quarters and back hatch. Can't answer the damn phones very poor customer service called them 3 times they just kept bouncing me around on there call system until I landed on someone's voice mail, I have been trying to figure out if I got approved for this vehicle for 3 days now
Bought a used Mazdaspeed3 here and traded in a Sonic. They gave me a great price and worked well with me on the costs of everything. Paperwork was easy and they explained everything. 9 months after buying my mazda, I was washing it and realized the fog light bezel seemed loose. I pulled on it a bit and it popped right off. Turns out it was barely held on with 3M tape and all the plastic clips were broken! I emailed Tom Wood and told them what happened and the part number.
